We stayed in a few hotels during our stay in Tokyo and Kyoto and this one was our favourite. Super modern with fantastic service and facilities. Spacious room with all the mod cons, beautiful amenities, treats, big bath & shower etc. Lemon cake and welcome drink on arrival. Fruit juices, water, soda water in fridge replenished each day. Drip coffee was cool - even loved the kettle! Big comfy bed, lounge area. Two choices of slippers - usual white ones and some japanese. Even had a dyson hairdryer. Was a few blocks from station - maybe one closer, we didnt check! Enjoyed wandering the area. Yum restaurants nearby, 7/11, Lawsons closeby. Our favourite souvenirs were from local craft store pretty much next door. Will stay again for sure! This hotel is stunning!

A staff associate, was excellent, Dody, he was very fluent in English and help us a lot, he provide us with a complete program to go to train station and to exit it and wrote messages in Japanese for the taxi driver, he was excellent. About the hotel I suggest the smoking room should have a bench or chairs and maybe add some music so smokers don’t feel it like being in prison, I renamed the smoking rooms in Japan as the “SMOKING CAGE” 😂

Very modern and sleek lobby and hallways but more traditional looking rooms, though with a modern flare. This is not a cute old-style ryokan. It's a super modern hotel tucked into a quiet, perfectly-located neighborhood that deceptively has a ton of shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean, staff helpful.
