Probably the best onsen spot in Arima! The staff and service was remarkable. They serve you handmade matcha and Kinoko odango when you arrive. The experience and atmosphere felt as if I came to Japan's country side.

Welcome macha tea at the lobby with a view of wonderful garden is just a start. They have 'gold' and 'silver' hot spa to enjoy. Public baths are good size and clean with outdoor area. Both dinner and breakfast are tasty with beautiful presentation and we enjoyed eating in our room. All staff members are well trained and courteous to show hospitality. We ended up checking out at noon, and stroll around Arima. Next time, we will hike to Rokko area from here. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was impressive, hotel has a traditional feel but then it has upkeep its condition and facilities with modern facilities and look. Room amenities provided are of high quality. Many bice decorations throughout hotel and hallways that give a very zen feeling.

Checking in was nice they have you seat at the lounge area and gives you a welcome drink & mochi
I just felt rushed to finish & some old lady in kimonos took us to our room but very to the point & didn’t make us the tea in our room - ( in Japanese traditions you should always offer hot tea when you get to the room - especially when you are paying $700.00/nt)

お部屋も広く快適でした。浴衣やスリッパが暖めてあったり、おもてなしが最高でした。グランドホテルのお風呂も使えて、送迎もして下さるので高齢の母との旅行でも安心でした。
有馬温泉の魅力を再発見。
