Convenient to the passenger cruise port as well as to the train station. I highly recommend it for people flying into Japan via Hamada and leaving via the Yokohama cruise port

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is super convenient to Sakurgichu Station, connected to a shopping mall, and walkable distance to other attractions. Luggage transfer is difficult. We found out shortly before we needed to send our luggage ahead to the airport, they only do hotel to hotel, and the front desk only reffer us to 7-11, which was not helpful. When we had refridge issues, same front desk told us how to fix it ourselves and if we couldn't then they'll come up to help us. Cool to try on our own, but frustrating when we're looking for help. Less friendly than the first time we stayed, but overall a good experience, I would stay again.

New hotel. Very clean. Located adjacent to a major department store with plenty of food options. Less than 100 m from JR station. Very convenient. Fantastic view of the bay from window. Also has water dispensor and microwave.

After a long flight to Tokyo, we always stay here to give ourselves a break on our trip down to Osaka and we're never disappointed. Excellent Japanese style breakfast buffet for a minimal fee and right next to a train station, convenience store, and several shopping malls. The best feature of this hotel is the beautiful view of the Ferris wheel at night from your hotel room!

We stay here whenever we visit Yokohama. The location is perfect. We are within short walking distance from the train, shopping, food, and entertainment. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel offers us the basics that we need.

Very clean and very close to the sakaragicho station. Beautiful clean hotel. Staff is very helpful. Room was very spacious and well planned out. It is attached to a multi level shopping mall with two entire floors dedicated to restaurants. The Noge district is just 2 blocks away. Just a tip, if you want your luggage sent to your next hotel, the company the hotel uses is very expensive. It is better to go to the 7/11 right next to the hotel and use Yamato transport.

I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again in the future. Convenient to train station, bus stop, connected to 7-11, Colete Mare shopping mall with market and restaurants. Nextdoor to Cial market, in walking distance to historical Red Brick Market and an abundance of restaurants, shops and cafes.
