Beautiful hotel! We booked the family twin bunk bed room. Kids loved having the top bunk to themselves. The room feels spacious. The bathroom toiletries supplied were high quality. We will definitely book here again!

Property location is convenient to transportation and Ginza. Lobby is tiny, check in was easy. Secure elevator increased sense of safety. Stained, and faded carpet in hallways and rooms. Rooms on smaller side. Beds comfortable. Our room on the 7th floor looked out onto the backs of other unattractive buildings. Breakfast was good with nice variety and nice price. Average hotel. For the price, you can do better in Tokyo.

Very modern hotel with nice staff. No extra coffee bags available unless you pay for them (2 supplied per day in the room). Rooms were very clean and had good views. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as shopping etc. Easy walk to the shinkansen station as well.

Wonderful hotel with spacious rooms and large beds. It was clean and airy and fresh.
Location just a 5 minutes walk from Nagoya Station could not be better.
The only negative was I wanted to extend my stay a night and the rate they offered was more than double the online rate. I found that to be quite predatory and opportunistic. And it loses both business and goodwill.
I went and sat in the lobby and rebooked online, so all good.
