Really really nice room- had a view of Mt Fuji from the room balcony on clear days. no tub but the shower /shower fixtures more than made up for it. The mattress was just a tad firmer than i would have liked and the pillows tended to need regular plumping Lol. But believe me those were just minor things. It was a full kitchen and I cooked several time during my stay. Loved the mini nespreso machine, and air purifier in the room. Loved the gym- I worked out almost every day.

I saw Mt Fuji from my room. The 360 scenery from lobby floor was impressive. Second time staying in this hotel. Will use it again if I am in the area.

The views from the hotel lobby and our room were magnificent. Unbelievable views of Yokohama and Tokyo.
The suite is spacious and comfortable. A great place to call home while traveling around the area.
Everything was a 10 out of 10 and the staff was even better. They were very welcoming and helpful. Looking for a few good choices, they had wonderful recommendations and researched a few more to help give us options.
We loved that there was access to the local train outside the front entrance, making traveling around Yokohama and to Tokyo simple.

It is a very nice stay at Yokohama. This is my only night at Yokohama. This property gave me a very impressive experience. I was being upgraded by the check-in lady. The room is very high up and you can see all the buildings and harbor at the same time. The room is spacious and clean. The view is great. The only minus point is that you can hear the people above your room walking, running, and jumping on the floor. Overall, it is a great experience.

very spacious room and astonishing Fuji mount view. 1mins walking to train station and plenty of surrounding amenities. definitely this will be my primary choice of stay in Tokyo area.

Nice location in Yokohama. Hotel is located on the 46th floor. Room is spacious with stove and fridge. Soaking tub in bathroom and washer/dryer combo in room Would recommend and stay again if in area.

Shoutout to Taka for allowing us a room on the top floor after arriving late at 1am d/t a 3 hr long lineup at Haneda airport immigration the night we arrived. We missed our car rental, missed the last Minatomirai train, had to taxi but when we saw our hotel and room, we loved it. The view is peerless and the accomodations were clean and comfortable. Air purifier was low on water, but no biggie; the air purifier function still works. There were two fans that we covered during our stay because it made the room feel cold, but then again you have climate control. We loved our stay. We were never turned down for requests for extra bathroom supplies. We felt that we were cared for 100%.

We loved our room so much that we are staying another 2 weeks. We extended through the hotel since it was much cheaper than through Expedia. The only issue we have is the lobby and gym uses these timed machines that spurt out fragrance throughout the day and makes me super nauseous and asthma. Housekeeping is excellent. Staff is top notch and all speak English very well. Location is perfect and you can walk pretty much everywhere locally. Grocery store downstairs, and washer n dryer in room.
