The stay was unexpectedly delightful! Loved all the little touches that went beyond service excellence! Loved the Folk song performance by the front desk and engineering staff led by Mr Lee. Location was fantastic to meander around the markets.

The hotel staff who hosted the breakfast room this morning helped me to get into the elevator when he saw me holding two coffee cups. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free noodles soup and drinks are a plus. Hotel can hold my luggage for a few days when I did the side trips to neighboring cities and come back to stay in this hotel again. That saved me a lots of hassle of carrying all my luggages back and forth

Friendly staff, have free drinks and ramen. There is microwave in a large lounge area for travelers to heat up their own food. Washer and dryer are also available. Only drawback to me is the hot spring is outdoors and not hot enough. Room size is tight.

My family had a fantastic three night stay. The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the station and the longest shopping street in Naha. The highlight of our stay was the complimentary all-you-can-eat soba and ramen served every night, along with free beer, wine, and cocktails.

You can get stupid drunk on free alcohol, but the breakfast is way over priced. Wrong priorities for this property, should be sending guests out for the day on a full belly of FOOD. Instead you have a hangover if you indulged to much the night before.

Near to rail station. Convenient location. Free ramen and drinks made the place noisy and dirty. Concentration of Hong Kongers and Taiwanese people, spoke loudly and disturb the peace, totally unlike the Japanese culture which we liked.

This hotel is conveniently located next to Makishi Station where you could easily catch the Yui Rail to the airport or other major stations. It's also at the end of Kokusai-Dori street where you could find a lot of food and shopping options.
The staff at the reception were full of smiles and very friendly when checking us in & out. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. There was also fresh water/towels provided daily along with awamori and ice cream at the second floor. It was a lovely stay throughout!

Great location, very clean, friendly staffs and good perks. The only bad thing is during the meal time 2F is always super noisy. A lot of customers are yelling and kids are constantly running around the dining area. I think it is quite dangerous for kids running around in the dining area where hot food and soup are served. Not sure how the hotel can control this since it's mainly bad parenting by the other guests.

Very good hotel in prime location, a couple minutes walk from the famous Kokusai Dori where all the shops / restaurants are located.
We stayed in the Ocean room with private onsen which was really great.
Breakfast buffet was nice with a wide range of varieties. Drinks, ice cream & snacks were provided throughout out the day.
Onsite stack parking was available.
We will stay in this hotel again if in the area (would go for the private onsen)
