Family of 4 stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The hot spring and the breakfast buffet stood out and were great. They also had free drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic which was great and free noodles every night, which got too crowed for my liking. Location was great, as it was on a quiet street but very close to the monorail and the main tourist street of kokusai dori.

Well located hotel and the rooms are comfortable, but the lobby and dining area are in complete chaos from the customers taking advantage of the free alcohol and food.

Loved the location near the monorail and international street with lots of shopping and restaurants. The pool was nice, if a little small and shallow. It got pretty crowded. I appreciated that it was in shade in the afternoon and water was warm. The onsen was more of a hot tub and all located outside for swimwear use so that was disappointing. I didnt bother to get in as it was too hot anyway. The free drink bar with alcohol or non alcoholic cocktail ingredients, soda, or espresso was fantastic. My son loved the free ice cream bar. We had fun and enjoyed our stay. It was very touristy and international so not much Japanese was spoken around the hotel by guests. The television was not connected to internet even though it had the app for netflix and other sites, so no option to watch a movie when tired after a long, hot day. No convenient microwave on higher floors as far as i could tell. Hotel refrigerator was small and didnt keep drinks very cold. Staff was friendly and had nice free activities in evenings such as takoyaki making and yukata picture sessions. It was geared towards people with little experience in Japan. Free ramen in evenings. I have allergies and allergen labeling was haphazard for breakfast so we chose not to take the optional breakfast. Overall a nice hotel for a family stay, especially if you like free drinks and a relaxing pool experience.

Easy access to their private beach which is a plus! Hotel room is clean and tidy but no complains. The hot spring (onsen) was not crowded at all hence, I had much privacy using it. Reception was very friendly and they were able to lend me the charging cable because I forgot to pack it for the trip.

Everything was awesome from facilities to the super courteous staff. I loved the music night which showcased the talents of the front office and engineering staff. Introduced me to the okinawan music of Begin of which I am now a big fan.

Room is modest, as are most others in the city, but has everything you need. We particularly like the firm bedding and tatami flooring. There’s a pool, small but serves its purpose, and two hot baths with natural onsen. The dining area turns into a community hall in the evening as hotel guests gather for freebies such as ramen and alcohol.

The stay was unexpectedly delightful! Loved all the little touches that went beyond service excellence! Loved the Folk song performance by the front desk and engineering staff led by Mr Lee. Location was fantastic to meander around the markets.

The hotel staff who hosted the breakfast room this morning helped me to get into the elevator when he saw me holding two coffee cups. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free noodles soup and drinks are a plus. Hotel can hold my luggage for a few days when I did the side trips to neighboring cities and come back to stay in this hotel again. That saved me a lots of hassle of carrying all my luggages back and forth

Friendly staff, have free drinks and ramen. There is microwave in a large lounge area for travelers to heat up their own food. Washer and dryer are also available. Only drawback to me is the hot spring is outdoors and not hot enough. Room size is tight.

My family had a fantastic three night stay. The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the station and the longest shopping street in Naha. The highlight of our stay was the complimentary all-you-can-eat soba and ramen served every night, along with free beer, wine, and cocktails.

This hotel enjoys an exceptionally convenient location, within a three-minute walk of Yui Rail Makishi Station. The staff are remarkably helpful and friendly, with multilingual capabilities including English and Chinese to ensure seamless communication. During my eight-day stay, complimentary noodles, beer, wine, and awamori were provided daily, offering a convenient dining solution.

You can get stupid drunk on free alcohol, but the breakfast is way over priced. Wrong priorities for this property, should be sending guests out for the day on a full belly of FOOD. Instead you have a hangover if you indulged to much the night before.
