This is my first time to stay here and the ambience was good. Near to station. The room was simple and comfy. Big screen tv was really entertaining. The roof top at noon is great for stay with your favorite people for relaxing. Sky tree view was great.

The hotel was nice. Small like many other hotels in Japan. But clean, has an interesting design, and quite close to Oshiage train station. Sumida itself however is rather far from the likes of Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc. So it's highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet place to stay and don't mind the commute.

Super helpful staff who helped us with a few things including luggage forwarding onto our next hotel. Whilst the rooms are small, they are perfectly equipped including nice toiletries included. The communal area downstairs was a favourite for eating food we had bought elsewhere as well as all of the pastries provided by the hotel. I would 100% stay here again.

Loved the location of this property. It is about 5-10 minute walk to skytree and the train station. Hotel staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Hotel property is beautiful and has a feel of à boutique hotel. They provide free coffee, juice and pastries 24 hours a day. You can buy a glass of beer for ¥500 (as of time of review). The rooms are small, however this is expected in Japan. The room was comfortable enough for the two of us with 2 large luggage and 2 small luggage’s. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is small but it’s really cozy! Would definitely book a room here again. Also the free snacks till late is really good if you’re a night snacker, there’s also space for you to eat your snacks there or just have lil drink. The staff speaks English too and gives clear instructions and descriptions. They also have good luggage courier service but do take note, they’ll take a day to forward your luggage (so you’ll be luggage-less for a day/night).
