チェックアウト後に、みんなでお見送りをしてくれました。最近では、お見送りをしてくれるのは珍しいと思っていましたので、お客さんを大切にしているのだなと感じました。２歳児も一緒だったのですが、子供にも優しく、また泊まりたいと思いました。

とても清潔で広くて、隅々まで掃除が行き届いていて気持ち良くすごすことができました。車の入り方がわかりづらかったですが、スタッフの誘導がとても良くスムーズに入れました。露天風呂はよかったですが、空中露天風呂は、足の悪い方は階段が多く行けませんので、ご注意を。

飯店有提供定點定時的往返JR會津若松站接駁服務，很貼心! 入住時遇到一位年紀稍長的歐吉桑櫃台人員，雖然英文不太好，但看得出來他很盡力地想讓我們了解飯店的用心!稍後在我們打算去餐廳吃晚餐時又在大廳遇到他，他馬上帶著另一位較年輕的女同事走向我們並向我們致歉，說他英文不好無法完整解說飯店的一切，希望我們有問題的話可以跟這位會講英文的服務人員詢問! 好用心又有禮貌的歐吉桑阿! 實在太可愛了!! 飯店所有的房間都擁有超美的翠綠山嵐美景，雖然設施有點簡單老舊，但整體還是很舒服的! 飯店還有2處公共大浴場，景色都很優美!! 飯店的晚餐有2種，一種是懷石料理，另一種就是吃到飽的形式，自助式晚餐菜色十分豐富，很美味! 但自助式早餐相形之下就比較遜色一些。晚餐過後還有邀請房客一起搗麻糬的餘興活動，還有免費的麻糬可吃! 很棒!!

夕朝食ともバイキングで好きな物を選択出来るため便利。露天風呂も大きく大変良かったです。昔ながらの中居さんの対応は今時珍しく、好感が持てます。出発時には車の見送りもしてくれました。
