We booked a 5-night stay here for 6 people at the end of May. It is a 10min walk from Susukino station and was very convenient. Everything was very clean, including the communal places. The staff were very friendly and professional. Although the space was quite small, it was efficiently used, and there was even a small fridge in the room. The private toilet/shower was nice and we appreciated the bidet as well. We would stay here again when we visit Sapporo.

Wide angle lens of family room is misleading. No chairs and tables at all. Totally no walkable space with luggages. Good value for money though.
