Staff quickly moved us once we discovered our air conditioner wasn't blowing as cold as it should be. The property was beautiful as was the beach in front. The complimentary breakfast was the best. I wish I'd known ahead of time that they also have car and scooter rentals on property. The shuttle service was nice to have. We'd definitely stay here again if we visit Yoron again.

2階のお部屋で窓からは絶景のオーシャンビュー！お風呂からも見えます。朝食も種類豊富で全て美味しい！カフェでは午前中から夕方までビールもジュースもフリードリンク♡ 難点は食事が取れる場所が少ない。夕食の予約は事前にしておく事をおすすめします。とってもステキな時間を過ごすことができました。また伺いたいです♪ ありがとうございました😊

女性一人の人もいた。ホテル内にレストランが二つあるので、車が運転できない人もOK。やや高いけれど、美味しいし、タクシー代やくつろぎ空間ぶりをのせると、しかたないかなと。お土産売り場も充実。遠浅の海で子供も安心してあそべる。日中はナッツとジュース、お酒のフリーサービスがあって嬉しい。レンタサイクルあり、シュノーケルや浮き輪のレンタルあり。静かで寛げます。

敷地が広く、その中に建物が立っているので、移動は少し大変だが、混雑とは無縁でゆったりと過ごせます。ホテルの前のビーチは波が無く穏やかで夕日が絶景です。ビーチからあがるとすぐにシャワー室があり、脱水機やドライヤーがあるのでとても便利でした。夜は星空が素晴らしいですが、ホテルの敷地から少し離れるとあたりは真っ暗ですので注意してください。

全体的には良い旅でしたが、一点だけ非常に納得がいかなかったことがあります。マリンアクティビティ用のタオルを貸していただけなかったことです。「施設内のプライベートビーチで使うのであればお貸しできますが、施設外への持ち出しはお断りさせていただいています」との説明でした。海外含め、様々なホテルに”シュノーケリングを目的として”宿泊してきました。今回も一番の目的はシュノーケリングを楽しむことでした。リゾートホテルでタオルを貸してもらえなかったのは初めてでしたし、ビックリしたのと同時に、怒りを覚えました。そしてその後、ホテルの売店で欲しくもなかったタオルを￥４，５００（！）で買う羽目になりました。もしホテルの関係者の方がこの投稿を見てくださるのであれば、なぜタオル貸与をしないのか、返信の形で納得がいく説明をいただきたいです。エコの観点から、というのは納得がいきません。施設内ではタオルを貸しているわけですから。それと、今後ですが、やはりタオルを貸りられるようにしていただきたいです。記名式でタオル貸与し、紛失したら罰金、というやり方など、いくらでも方法はあると思います。（ちなみに、この問題、かなりの頻度で発生していると思うのですが、なぜこのやり方を継続するのでしょう？宿泊客に怒りをぶつけられるフロントスタッフが気の毒です）次回、与論島を再訪しようと思った時に、タオルを人数分スーツケースに入れて持っていくのを考えると、ちょっと躊躇してしまいます。それと、最後に。今回のこのタオルの一件で、フロントにたまたまいらっしゃったスタッフの方に少し八つ当たりしてしまいました。恐らく、派遣会社から派遣された方で、事情をよくご存じなく、悪気なくマニュアルに沿って対応されたのだと思います。そんな方にキツくあたってしまったこと、この場を借りてお詫びします。ホテルの関係者の方々、ご検討のうえ、オペレーションの変更をぜひお願いします。

客室はとても清潔でした！清掃のスタッフの方達の対応が良かったです！夜は客室までの道に虫がいる為苦手な方は大変かもしれません、海の前のシャワー室、お手洗いがある場所(女性の方)が砂だらけだったのが気になりました、、、シャワー室はお湯が出なかったです
