The receptionist was able to communicate well in English. The room has minimal necessity, we requested spoon from reception when we wanted to eat pudding in room. Spacious room and nice bath salt at lobby. My kids are able to run around the room. Walking distance to restaurants. 10-15mins walking to the main tourist area.

Staff was very nice and friendly to me. Granted I speak some Japanese and understand a good deal more (I lived here for 3 years but it was 7 years ago so my speaking is very rusty). But I was sort of a problem guest ,(I spilled a latte on my bed when packing, for example). But mainly they were VERY helpful when my Taq-u-bin didn't arrive. It was at the other Quintessenta a few blocks away. They helped track it down and then went to the other hotel to get it for me. The rooms are also a little bigger than an APA which is nice. Also the spa is lovely and the bath salts are a lot of fun. One thing to know: you may find people don't know this hotel exists and they drive you to or deliver luggage to the other one which is a short walk away. Obviously, that doesn't take away from the hotel at all, but just be aware it exists.

We enjoyed the generous sleeping setup in the room and the authentic Japanese experience of public bath tub in the basement. The neighborhood is full of dining/drinking and shopping options, and the annual ice sculpture festival is almost right outside.

Aside from the location which is good, room is way too claustrophobic. And the carpark is not free, charged at 1800yen per 24hrs and it doesnt allow multiple entries.

Well located in Sapporo with very clean but very compact rooms. Amenities available if needed, but can’t get a proper coffee in the morning without paying for a full breakfast. 😕.

We are travelling in 4 pax and unable to book the larger toom as its not avaliable. We then book for 2 pax per room. Its a mistake as the room is so tiny that you are unable to open the luggages fully. I got to pack it on bed or outside the room. Service wise, this lady named K Sago is rude. We left a coffee on the table, past the breakfast dining, she shake hr head and as if we have commit a terrible act because she need to clear it for us. Next, when we check out and deposit at the hotel, she bombak us with unnecessary questions. Tone is not friendly. Breakfast wise is vety simple, can do away. Location is good but not worth the stay.

Onsen was nice. Many people, including myself, use it instead of the tiny bathroom. The hotel room space is small, though it is the expected small Japanese hotel rooms at this level. We had to be creative to find space for our 5 luggages. Breakfast is nice if included; however, I wouldn't pay extra 2000 yen for it. Laundry was nice. It costs $300 yen per load and it includes detergent.

Super convenient location in Susukino, close to pretty much everything I needed during my long stay. Hotel is fairly new so the facilities were great and the onsen was also quite relaxing. Staff was so nice and accommodating! I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back again.
