Fantastic location with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms were on the smaller side, but they made up for it with thoughtful amenities and an amazing massage chair. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff was off the charts friendly and the room spacious. Our room had two ‘twin’ beds adjacent to each other which was wonderful. More like two American double beds together. Bedding and bath clean and immaculate. Room was spacious and upper floor views were spectacular. Would definitely stay there again.

I have been in Tokyo many times before and this is the tiniest miniature hotel ever.
Ginza area is usually for shopping and food, so the location is good for that purpose.
However, did not know the two-bed room would be this small and crammed!
Also, if you have two children over seven, you and two children(3 people) can’t even stay together! I can se why because the space is that small
I understand the Tokyo is limited space and you dont expect American standard size, but this is just suffocating small.
In terms of location and cleanness, yes, it’s superb.

Clean, stylish hotel in a good location close to the Ginza 6 shopping area and a Donki. Staff were very helpful and the room was a good size for a japanese hotel. Would happily stay again!

The rooms are very nice and modern. The bed was very comfy and the massage chair was a life saver after a long day. I give the room and location 5/5. The amenities were kinda slim compared to other hotels i stayed. The workers were very nice and welcoming the only thing i didnt really like was i felt they werent very helpful. If i wanted luggage shipping service i had to scan a QR code and had to fill out everything myslef. Or if i ask about something they just say the information is in my room even tho i didnt have any information brochures. Also beware they only offer laundry service and charge by the piece. They dont have self laundry service.

We recently stayed at remm plus Ginza for 9 days and loved it. It is in a really convenient area with shopping and convenience stores around. The room was a bit smaller than what we were expecting but not bad. It came with a massaging chair that was nice, but it did take up some space that could have been used for storage for luggage or shopping items.
They have coffee and tea in the lobby along with toiletries at night to take to your room. Staff are very polite and helpful. We able to have them hold our luggage after our check out until we were ready to go to the airport which was really nice.

Located right next to the main shopping street of the Ginza area and Shimbashi Station. Has Family Mart right next to it and also offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a lovely stay to finish our trip to Japan and there was a taxi rank right outside to easily head to the Haneda airport (cost 7000¥). Staff were kind and helpful. There’s also a DonQui across the street!
