Comfortable rooms, a little small for area to put luggage. Very convenient location, walkable, clean, transportation nearby, amenities. Would stay there again.

If you want to stay at Ginza (and know the area is mostly boujee shopping/dining), I highly recommend this hotel for its price point - especially if it’s the tail end of your trip. I say this because Donki’s right outside for you to shop for your souvenirs until past midnight. There’s about 3 family marts just 1-2 min walk away + 7/11. The nearest station is Shimbashi but was about a 7-8 minute walk, which for us was convenient enough due to the Asakusa line able to take us straight to HND airport.
Hotel is clean, quiet, and I enjoyed the massage chair while playing Netflix on the smart TV and relaxing after a long day of exploring. Would stay here again if I want to stay at Ginza again.

The room is small. The location is in the tourist area with high end stores. Some of the staffs are not very friendly or helpful. It is near 2 trains stations which is convenient. The breakfast is okay not a big wow!

Good location and larger room than other similarly priced hotels. Massage chair was powerful. Working desk doesn’t have a separate seat with headrest so neck will be sore.

Hotel staff was very nice, and accommodating. Room was very clean, and quiet. Very convenient to travel in the area or out of the area with how close all transportation is to the hotel. Highly recommend. Will consider staying again if in Tokyo.

The rooms are small, not a surprise for Tokyo but there's a chair that could be removed and you'd have more space in the room for sure. Other than that the hotel is nice, clean, easy to check in/out and the staff was super friendly. The neighborhood is very nice.

The room is nice and unique. Loved their massage chair in the room. It’s an excellent addition to relieve pain from walking and exhaustion at the end of the day.

Very average hotel if you’re looking for a cheaper option to stay in the Ginza area. Our bathroom smelled a little like sewage and the room is very tiny. Cannot fit more than two people. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Very walkable to trains and public transportation.
