Been coming back to this hotel since 2022. Great location, walking distance to our favorite restaurants, shops, and cafes! Also minutes away from train stations (Ginza, Yurakucho & Shimbashi station or maybe more) which is very convenient.

The location was strategic, located near 24-hour Donki, Family Mart, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and a few other convenience stores. The hotel is also a 10-minute walk from Shimbashi Station and is accessible to many strategic locations. The highlight of the hotel is certainly the massage chair; for tourists that completed at least 10,000 steps a day in Japan, this chair is very helpful to give you your strength back the next day. Definitely recommend this hotel.

First hotel during our Japan trip. Located in the Ginza area, the hotel is quite near to Don Quijote and the train station. The room is quite spacious to open our 28” luggage and 2 cabin luggage. Remm provides a massage chair (which is very useful for our sore feet and back after a long walk). Also, we can take free amenities and tea/coffee by ourselves (Remm even provides an eyemask, skincare, facial mask). On our last stay before moving to Kyoto, we even used the airporter provided by the hotel to transfer our luggage to another Remm branch on our next stay in Tokyo. Super worth it!

Best Hotel, best location in Ginza, near Shimbashi Station only walking 5 minutes from hotel, nice room with massage chair, cozy bathroom with comfort shower. I really recommend this hotel.

After coming home and reflecting, I’m not quite sure why this hotel has such a high rating. It isn’t even that close to a train station, has pretty much zero amenities (no laundry machines, no water filters), and is dingy and old. One of the perks that they advertise is the massage chair in every room, but the one is our room was slightly ripped, worn out, and had a stained headrest. They also provided reusable plastic cups for drinking hot tea and coffee and maintained that they were doing it to be eco-friendly but the gesture came across as cheap Why didn’t they just use glass cups? I did not feel comfortable putting hot water in the plastic cups. The hotel room itself is cramped and exceedingly average. The price is average for the area, but if I were to stay in Ginza again, I would probably pay slightly more for a more comfortable hotel.

Didn’t go for the breakfast option and had convenience store breakfasts every morning instead.

The hotel was everything we expected , with the exception of the front door of the hotel. It was difficult to find. Though Google maps told us we have arrived, all we saw were closed wooden doors with no indication that it was the entrance way to the hotel. the doors didn't open until you stood very close to the doors. But, the hotel room size was nice , they had PJs and slippers along with other amenities.

We stayed for almost a week and were really comfortable here! The room was slightly bigger than at remm Tokyo Kyobashi. The we could both have our suitcases on the floor at the same time and there was a little couch under the window with a lovely view. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was really nice, tiled floors, a larger sink area, heated spot on the mirror to stop steam, and the extraction fans did their job well. It's a 10-ish minute walk to three different train stations so we could go anywhere we liked with ease. The Don Quijote across the road and Family Mart downstairs were super convenient. The staff were lovely, we really appreciated their English skills (our Japanese is lacking). Would definitely stay again!

We are a couple and stayed in the standard double room for 3 nights. It was compact and clean. I agree with others' comments that it is close the bathroom door if you are needing privacy. It's possible, just a hassle so we just left it open. The size of the room was fine with our carry-on sized luggage/backpacks. The air conditioner worked well and the shower pressure was good. The toiletries available near the front desk met our needs. There was a beverage vending machine on our floor. The location offers easy access to the subway/bus lines and plenty of nearby shopping and convenience stores. There's a 24 hour Don Quijote less than 100m/250ft away for souvenirs. The hotel does not have laundry for those who need it. The front desk allows you to store luggage after check-out. They also replaced a lost room key free of charge for me. Staff was helpful and kind. For the price, I think this hotel offers excellent value.

Rooms are so small that you cannot have 2 large suitcases and a carry or back inside the room and also have enough room to get around the bed. The have a huge massage chair in the middle of the room that was useless for us….it just takes up space and is not comfortable to sit on anyway! Rooms were not made for longs stays. I would not stay here again. We liked the Vietnamese soup for breakfast.room was clean. Friendly staff.

This is a typical Japaneee hotel room where space is a little tight despite being a bigger “twin” room. We made it work tho w 2 medium size n 2 carry on size bags. The room was clean - shower room w tub was spacious n shower strong n nice! Staff was quite helpful n courteous!

The location is very good but rooms are very small. Very cumbersome to communicate with the staff. The breakfast is very skimpy and not catered for non Asian taste.

Breakfast offers variety of cuisines, in part Vietnamese........ Would have liked proper yoghurt and boiled/poached eggs.
