The hotel was so good, clean, and quiet. Close to a convenience store, Hokkaido University, and Sapporo Station.

Don't forget about the laundry on level 2! I saw a washing machine in my room and thought I had to go looking for a Laundromat for a dryer. Thankfully once I had proper look at the buttons in the elevator I saw there was a laundry complete with coin washer and dryer on level 2. It saved me a 15min walk haha. Great area of town and close to the main station with a convience store near by.

It was a great location! Very very close to Sapporo Station. I received an email prior to my arrival with pre-check-in instructions that made the actual check-in easy and quick. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept on in Japan. Definitely would stay here again.

Good location and friendly reception. The hotel provides good amount of amenities that we could use from the lobby which includes face masks which was quite ingenious.

Decently close to train station and clean. A little dated but okay place to rest. No way to get more toilet paper or other supplies. Trash repository was full on 1st floor and not changed out to be able to put more trash down.

The room is nice with comfortable bed however in a few days of stay in the hotel the bathroom is starting to give bad odor which Im not sure where its coming from. Overall the room was okay nothing fancy but the toilet smell is really annoying

We paid for a room with 2 beds for 3 paxs but instead was given a room with 1 bed and a mattress on the floor. When we told the front desk about this we were told that that’s the room we will get. It’s totally unfair as we specifically paid more for a room with too beds. I showed the front desk my reservations but nothing was done and no apology was made COD she said her computer indicated otherwise. So hotel.com since we booked with you can you pls look into this. I think to be fair a part refund should be made to us as we were not given the room we booked.

Very bad experience with this hotel. Booked a room for 4 adults and pictures on the website showed 2 double beds. When we arrived, was given a room with only 1 double bed and the manager gave us 1 thin mattress on the floor and ask 2 people to squeeze on it. Completely false advertising.

Even though the room is not that spacious, it is clean, comes with one big and comfortable queen bed. The staffs were good in manner, very polite. They will greet to you all the time. Also, it is sweet that the hotel provides mask and toner,etc for guests. The hotel is close to Sapporo Station. Really worth for money. We had a pleasant stay over there.
