I love the location. It is on a quiet area but close to Shibuya crossing and major attractions. It is good for solo traveller. The room is small and outdated but clean and it has everything I needed. Also it is very quiet too. The staff is very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful staff. Did a great job with room service and were very attentive. Was the first time in Tokyo for me and this hotel was great. Very close to Shibuya Station and omotesando station, so you can get anywhere from there in a reasonable amount of time. Don't hesitate to book here if you're visiting tokyo

The air conditioning didn’t work very well, but opening the window was effective at cooling down the room. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained in a good, quiet area of Shibuya but still close to the hub. Only small issue was having to carry the suitcases up the stairs as there isn’t a crossing nearby.

Fabulous location, amazing friendly helpful staff. Good size room for Tokyo. Very clean. Brewed coffee in the morning was a kickstart to our day. We really appreciated the cold water at the end of the day. Fridge was a bonus. Lovely bathroom with quality toiletries. Loved the cat themes though out the hotel.
