Efficient and accommodating staff with fast, well-organised service.

Everything is good. The hotel’s not very new but clean and comfortable. The staffs are so friendly. Rooms are quite large compared to some hotels in the area. The only one thing that is not convenient for me is they use all yellow light lamds in the room, so sometime feel not bright enough.

First came to this hotel I was a little trouble due to google map which sometimes error and an overpass bridge is blocking the entrance from view. Actually the hotel is close to Shibuya station, only 8-10 minutes by walk. Somewhat surprised because the hotel rooms are spacious enough for the size of living in Tokyo, and toiletries are complete and use a famous brand (Shiseido). His staff was very friendly, only they were initially a bit too rigid in the rules. Because I already booked makeup artist to make my girlfriend for shooting session was not allowed to go to the room, but after I talk to the front office officer finally allowed to make up in the room. The location of this hotel is quite strategic, just 10 minutes walk we are already in the very famous Shibuya crossing.

Overall this hotel is good...just the bridge for the disadvantages

Room is very small, dark, gloomy, outdated & a bit damp. The room price was too high for such kind of room & hotel. The receptionists were not helpful & did not speak English. We found 2 little spiders crawling on the bed and pillow and one of them bit my daughter's arm. Very difficult to put the luggage even if you travel light. Not recommended esp for family with small children and old people. Overall the hotel was a big disappointment for our stay in Tokyo.
