Sansatei is just perfect for the stay. Definitely will be back whenever I go to Tohoku area. Perfect location for rent-a-car trip. Surroundings are very peaceful and have a couple of local Japanese pubs. As I told at check-out, I will be back here with my parents. Breakfast & Dinner service is absolutely perfect. Very yummy & clean foods. Thanks a lot for your business.

The hotel is old, but you will enjoy this place if you are looking for traditional Japanese Ryokan. The hotel service was excellent. All the staff were very professional and friendly. We loved hot springs. The Rotenburo view is limited, but it is a very relaxing place. The best part was the views from our hotel room. We loved heavenly mountain views and river views every moment. I think this hotel has a great value. I will stay at this hotel again.

Excellent service, there was an english speaker at front who was very helpful. We had dinner a short walk from hotel and breakfast with hotel. They allowed early check in! And provided covered parking spot for my wife's and my motorcycles. Very helpful after 3 hours riding in rain.
