We are a family of three and stayed in a large twin room. The room was huge with a nice view of the city, but the restroom lacked enough ventilation and did not have a lock.Future guests should note that the hotel does not have a loading or unloading area because it sits on a corner with a fenced street. Also, the lobby is located on the 4th floor and requires taking a lift.While the staff members were friendly, we rated helpfulness lower due to a highly stressful experience getting to the airport. The hotel is a short walk from the station where the airport limousine bus departs. We inquired the night before about arranging a ride, and staff advised us to call from the lobby the next day. However, when we checked out ahead of our evening flight to secure a ride before the final bus departure, the taxi operator reported no availability. We explained our time-sensitive situation, but the hotel staff seemed very hesitant to call local transport numbers or speak on our behalf to help resolve the issue.

Simple DIY hotel in good location and with nice laundry room on 7 floor (can get packed tho with only 2).

Very clean hotel with nice staff. Rooms are fairly small but have what you need in there. Great location. Not many amenities on the property, the laundry machine was not working to fully dry clothes so had to take wet clothes somewhere else to dry.

We loved the location of Sequence and it was within walking distance to shopping in Shibuya and the train station so we could explore Tokyo easily. The room reminded me of Marriot Moxy, due to the smaller size and minimalist style. There were 3 of us and upon arrival, I requested to move to a larger room and was thankfully moved to a larger version of the “bunk bed” room. There wasn’t much space to move around easily but the smaller version would not have worked at all. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the entire hotel was very clean and appeared new. We went to the restaurant for lunch, which was good and to the separate bar which was easy too. It was way too hot to enjoy the rooftop bar.

Overall our hotel stay was pleasant. We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. We reserved the 3 bunk room since we had 3 people. On the website it looked like the room was spacious. Unfortunately the room was small with little to no walking space. My son had to get a different hotel room at another location just so we could be comfortable with the small space. I loved that the hotel had 2 restaurants at the property. One served breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think they also had a midday tea option also. The other restaurant is a rooftop bar/lounge restaurant. This restaurant had the most beautiful views of Shibuya. The hotel also had a cafe attached to it. The customer service was overall good but I did not like how the cafe staff member spoke to my daughter and I. They have 2 washer dryer combos that people constantly used. The hotel is very conveniently located to everything in Shibuya and Harajuku. It’s on top of a mall/shopping center. Overall, great hotel. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Hotel location is a 5 minute walk to Shibuya Crossing, shopping center and restaurants. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I would rate everything a 5 with a exception of hotel drop off. There is no specific place where taxis can drop you and your luggage off. It was a struggle for us traveling with kids and with 6 luggage. We were dropped and picked up around the corner and we had to have someone watch our luggage while we walk and take all our belongings to thw side elevator.

Clean rooms. Great location. Great view from the room of the park. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side especially for a family of 4 but nice experience overall and would stay again for location

The room is very nice and clean. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Great location, we can walk to everything.

The best thing about Sequence Miyashita Park is its location. It’s in the heart of Shibuya, just a couple of blocks from Shibuya Station and within walking distance of hundreds of restaurants, shops, and bars. If your priority is being in the middle of the action, this hotel will work. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. It operates more like a backpackers’ hostel than the boutique hotel it’s marketed as. The staff appeared to be very young and came across as unprofessional and not particularly helpful. Check-in was largely self-service using tablets in the lobby, with very little guidance from staff. I also received almost no information about the hotel’s amenities or the benefits included with my booking, leaving me to figure everything out on my own. The room was another letdown. I booked a queen room, but it looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was extremely small and sparsely furnished, making it feel less comfortable than expected. Overall, while the location is good, the lack of service, underwhelming room, and hostel-like experience mean I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others looking for a true boutique hotel experience.

Great location. Million dollar views from corner all glass rooms. 2x double pane windows ensure super silence.

Really good location. Clean hotel, nice coffee shop on the reception floor that gets quite busy. Is a very simple hotel, not many amenities available. There is only cleaning every 2nd or 3rd day of your stay, no help with bags. Room is nice with good views

Location was great but it was pretty hard to sit at the cafe on the 4th floor as it was always packed with non guest. Additionally they have only 2 washer/dryer units which made it a hassle to try and wash clothes. Rooms were extremely tiny. Personally not worth the $$$

It was a very modern, clean, and great hotel. My room had a cool view of the Tokyo skyline. The amenities were great and it is located in an amazing part of town, connected to a 3–story shopping mall, and right down the street from Shibuya crossing.
