Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was my favorite out of all the hotels we stayed at. Prime location in Shibuya and very close to the station. I have no notes except for to bring your own pillow!

Do not stay in Shibuya! It is way too loud to get any sleep! You are better off staying farther out and commuting in. This hotel was the worst of the 4 we stayed at and here is why: 1) check-in was horrible - they make you use some machine that failed 3 times and then helped other people while I waited to get their attention again. 2) the noise is INSANE until about 2-3am and then the birds start up at 5am. Literally you will get no sleep if you are street side. 3) super small rooms (yes I know typical), 4) Very industrial rooms with no character, 5) the evening welcome lounge is pathetic and there doesn't seem to be a way to actually get the 1 cocktail they said was included.

This place was just ok- kinda basic. It was clean but very small room for a couple with teenage boy. Not much service or amenities- the welcome lounge very limited snacks and beverages in evening. We did not do breakfast but took a peak and it seemed pretty mid. Not much staff. The auto check in did not work well. It was expensive for what you get but your paying for location which is a couple blocks to Shibuya crossing. We wished we stayed longer at Oriental Tokyo Bay and took transport in instead of paying extra to be in city.

This was our first time in Tokyo, and we picked this hotel based on its location and previous reviews. The room was small but this was expected and seems to be the norm. However, it was clean, with good amenities and a good bed. Mainly, the staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. We would gladly stay there again.

Very close to Shibuya station, Shibuya shuffle and Sky viewing platform. Hotel rooms small but had own washroom. Quiet for the most part (double windows) and clean. Liked that they had a laundry room! Good value, location and service for the price.

The area was noisy near the train station, but once trains stopped it was ok, for the price of the hotel I would have liked free movies. The staff at the front desk was exceptional

Excellent location in Shibuya. The check in and check out process was very easy. Room was small but clean. Only wish the A/C was running since sleeping was quite warm but we were able to open the window which helped. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again when in Tokyo.

Loved that the hotel was in the middle of Shibuya. Close to train station and walking distance to shops , eateries .
Dislike that our room faced the train tracks and at night we hear the trains up to midnight and start up again at 530am.
Besides that the staff was helpful.
The laundry area was convenient.
I would stay there again.

The location couldn’t be better with train stations, shopping and dining all really close. The walls were kind of thin but if you turn on the fan in the room it drowns out all of the noise. Everything was convenient with a laundry room and and money exchange machine in the lobby.
