富岡製糸場観光から日光へ向かう道中で宿泊しました。ホテルは新しく、綺麗な印象でした。フロントの方のサービスがとても丁寧で、快適なチェックインをすることができました。食事も素晴らしく、温泉も気持ちよく入る事が出来ました。卓球ができるサービスがあり、夕食前に一汗かくことができたのは、子供が大喜びしていました。次回、尾瀬に行くときにまた宿泊させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

施設、温泉は良いが、夕食会場で人間がサービスする部分はイマイチでした。ホテル側のペースで食事は提供されます。他のお客さんのテーブルをガチャガチャ片付けるので、早く済ませないといけない気分になる。従業員の私語、笑い声がうるさい。暑過ぎるくらいの暖房でカラカラになる。加湿器は欲しかったかな。お風呂も客室も悪くないです。なので、残念です。

Vi er i Norge og bestilte rom for 26.10-27.10, og ikke 26.8-27.8. Hva har gått galt her???. Vi mener vi har en bestilling på Shisuitei fra 26.10-27.10. Finner ikke ut av hvordan vi kan komme i kontakt med dere. Vi skal til Shisuitei fra Yumoto Hill Side Inn, som også er bestilt hos dere fra 25.10-26.10
