I really love to spend 8 nights at Sotetsu Fresa Inn, definitely gonna stay there again when I visit Japan later ❤️. The staff are informative and their facilities are top notch 👍🏻, only 1 minute walk to the train station, also near to Family Mart (in case you're hungry in the middle of the night).

This was a fantastic hotel to stay at while visiting Tokyo. We were there for one week and it was a perfect location. There are several metro stops nearby, bus stations and restaurants. The hotel included breakfast which is great when you are on the go each day. They have air conditioning in the room which is a must during the warmer seasons. The rooms are a little small but that is expected in a jam packed city like Tokyo. I would stay at this hotel again!

The hotel's rooms were clean and well-maintained, but somewhat limited in terms of space, which made it challenging to accommodate our luggage. Nevertheless, the service was attentive and courteous from the moment we arrived, with the front desk staff communicating in English and displaying a warm and welcoming demeanor. The breakfast was also commendable. Additionally, the hotel provided a thoughtful touch with the provision of pajamas and a selection of care products, including facial cream, shampoo, soap, an many other items. Overall, Our 9th day stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

Very impressed with the Sotetsu hotel range. Front desk was well staffed with courteous staff members very helpful particularly given language difficulties. Small room but adequate for my needs as a solo traveller. Clean and well serviced. Excellent breakfast provided. Recommended hotel. Used the tube a lot which was handy to the hotel.

This chain for the budget rooms was a sharp miss or hit for me, depending on the location, to where this Kayabacho one actually fared the best. Amenities for all the hotels are quality, but not all budget rooms are suitable for the size. This one had ample footspace around the bed and desk. I would be smart about keeping your souvenirs packed away, and not leaving anything in a suitcase to chance, if you're stowing your cases with the concierge after checkout. Although I didn't have problems, the desk clerk gave me some vibes that he paid attention to where you were coming from, etc. If you book with this chain, you might be gambling with a room that might be too small for comfort.

Coin operated laundry facilities also very handy but it is heavily utilised so be prepared to wait your turn. One dryer was out of service which meant longer wait time too.
