Great hotel especially in convenient location at Yokohama Station. Has enough room for 3 people with 1 twin bed and 2 double sized beds. Laundry room was good. Lots of free amenities like free pajamas, lotion and coffee packets. Convenient store next door.

The staff are the absolute nicest and most helpful of any hotel. They helped me understand the luggage transfer form and got my baggage shipped easily. They were patient with me when I locked myself out of my room. The room was flawlessly cleaned. The facilities had everything I needed including beer vending machine and laundry. The Family Mart on the first floor is extremely convenient and open 24 hours. The location is easily walkable from Yokohama station and Bay Quarter Mall. Definitely my favorite hotel stay in Japan!

We can here the trains till before midnight.and early morning .its not so loud but noticeable.

Great hotel in a very convenient location less than 5 mins walk from Yokohama Station and 10 mins from the K-Arena concert and event venue. Very clean and new; good breakfast at Beck's Coffee on the 1st floor. Easy check-in for non-Japanese speakers as well. A little far from other Yokohama tourist sites but perfect for business visits in the area or arena events. I'll stay there again if I'm in Yokohama for an event.

It has everything you need and if you have forgotten something the hotel will loan it for free. Bed was lovely and breakfast was good for western customers. Great dinning options near by in the bay area and a family mart is next to the hotel. Staff were lovely. I can highly recommend
