Has onsen(hot spring) on second floor of hotel. Excellent breakfast. Close to tourist attractions of kawagoe

The staff is very accommodating. Area around the hotel is clean and organized.

Clean,convenient area Car park is slightly narrow but it is ok.

Good place to crash for a night

Good breakfast for a short stay. Arrived at 6pm and took the last parking spot so try to check in early as shops close early as well.

The rooms were small. Very small. You can’t move around in there. Good thing we only stayed for 1 night. We stayed there to check out the old town. Waste of time. It’s basically about 2 blocks of stores and food was really bad. We tried the dango from 2 vendors and the ones at 7-11 are much better. Stay way from this area. We wasted a day here.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Front desk knew enough english to explain everything and included an English brochure to explain the hotel. The onsen was very nice and easy to access from the hotel. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall amazing experience for the value and would highly recommend going there. 10/10 I would come again

The hotel is clean and well managed. The location looks a little odd at first but it is actually between the 2 main rail stations, and there are restaurants and even a shopping mall nearby. I always enjoy staying at SuperHotel and this one didn't disappoint.

The hotel has a fresh, clean but cool vibe with its eco-friendly theme. The evening male receptionist was nice and efficient. The room had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay, the multi-plug adapter was a big help. A dip in the relaxing onsen was a great way to end a fun day exploring the little Edo town. Breakfast was superb! The staff observed all safety protocols to ensure that guests are protected. Over-all, I had a wonderful time. I will choose this hotel when I come back.

Excelente lugar con locación conveniente cerca de 2 estaciones de tren y mucho comercio alrededor . El personal muy amable y la comida muy sabrosa .Volvería.

Reasonably priced, conveniently located, included complimentary onsen and breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

オンライン予約をしてから お尋ねしたいことがあり 直接ホテルへ電話で問い合わせたところ 大変丁寧にわかりやすく お答えいただきました。 チェックインも 電話で対応してくださった方と同じ方で フロントでも とても親切丁寧な対応でした。 娘家族、息子夫婦と私ら夫婦の３部屋を並べていただくというご配慮もあり 助かりました。 ウェルカムドリンクも ソフトドリンク、アルコールも揃っていたのですが ビールがあるとよかったかな… アメニティの種類も豊富で 枕、部屋着も自由に選べて、大浴場は小さめでしたが ゆっくり入浴できました。 朝食も とても美味しかったです。 3歳の孫に スタッフの方々が フレンドリーに接してくださり みなさん大変雰囲気もよかったです。 館内のセキュリティも万全で また 泊まりたいと思える大満足なホテルでした。

基本的に綺麗でアメニティも化粧水など充実してて、朝食もおいしい素晴らしいホテル 唯一、大浴場のシャワー数だけ少なく待ち時間が発生したことが残念 でもナイスなホテルでした

2名それぞれ1部屋ずつ予約しましたが。チェックインの際部屋の空きがあったようで、向かい合わせの部屋、かつ、ダブルのお部屋にしていただきました。特にこだわりはなかったのですが、フロントの方のご配慮により快適に休むことが出来ました。 水回りも綺麗で気持ちが良かったです。
