We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I want to highlight Hideya Nakatani. He gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived, and when it was time to leave, he was just as helpful and attentive. Throughout our stay, all staff went above and beyond- providing us with useful information about restaurants, shopping , and tourists attractions in the area. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice , and thanks to excellent service, we had a great time. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was perfect and was in prime location. Only problem is, when you arrive at night there’s only one entrance and made it confusing. Soon as that was figured out it was smooth from there on out

This property was fine, but TBH I had higher expectations from its star rating. It all felt a little old. Except for the top floor which had the restaurant and a fabulous breakfast buffet. It got the cleanliness marks as there was a stain on the comforter and a pillow was damp. They changed out room and sent chocolates as an apology.

I hate to say it, but I regretted this hotel from the moment I stepped foot in it. It is located on top of the most busiest train station and feels like you’re staying on top of a beehive. I don’t know how it received such a high rating. The room was about a 7 out of 10 for comfort and it does not give you that “I feel at home” vibe. If you want a true 5 star experience for your stay in Tokyo, consider the Hotel Chinzanso, which is the best hotel I ever stayed at. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Dated. Like a business hotel from the 80's. No laundry machines as advertised- had to use their laundy service which cost $70 for a few items. You can do better for sure.

The sheets and blanket are CRISPY. Not soft at all, very rough and stiff. Pool felt very unwelcoming and over all just stuffy vibe. Room views were great, overall everything was ok but not top of the list.

Location is incredible and hotel layout is fantastic. Rooftop restaurant has some of the best views of the city you could get with great dining. Rooms and hallways smell of cigarettes, have clearly been smoked in before for a long time despite being non-smoking. Comfortable rooms, Netflix and other streaming apps are disabled so you can only watch Japanese TV.

Great location for exploring. However, the property itself is quite dated. We were on the 30th floor-fantastic view but again dated- needs a freshen up all around.
