Swissôtel Nankai Osaka

Room was nice and clean, staff were friendly, location was central and very close to Dotomburi and the metro/rail station.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I want to highlight Hideya Nakatani. He gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived, and when it was time to leave, he was just as helpful and attentive. Throughout our stay, all staff went above and beyond- providing us with useful information about restaurants, shopping , and tourists attractions in the area. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice , and thanks to excellent service, we had a great time. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

There was something wrong with my room and they immediately switch me to another room. Service is extremely fast and efficient!

Everything was perfect and was in prime location. Only problem is, when you arrive at night there’s only one entrance and made it confusing. Soon as that was figured out it was smooth from there on out

Good food of choice in executive lounge, much better experience comparing the past experience in other hotel chain’s executive lounge. Good service and good choice of snack in the afternoon. Good location for sure

Everything at this place was perfect.

Location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. Breakfast great. Rooms were excellent. Check in was super easy

Very nice hotel accessible to metro, restaurants, and shops. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. The hotel restaurants are amazing! We highly recommend this hote!

This property was fine, but TBH I had higher expectations from its star rating. It all felt a little old. Except for the top floor which had the restaurant and a fabulous breakfast buffet. It got the cleanliness marks as there was a stain on the comforter and a pillow was damp. They changed out room and sent chocolates as an apology.

Great location and a great view from the bar/ restaurant on the top floor. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I hate to say it, but I regretted this hotel from the moment I stepped foot in it. It is located on top of the most busiest train station and feels like you’re staying on top of a beehive. I don’t know how it received such a high rating. The room was about a 7 out of 10 for comfort and it does not give you that “I feel at home” vibe. If you want a true 5 star experience for your stay in Tokyo, consider the Hotel Chinzanso, which is the best hotel I ever stayed at. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

身處黃金地段，樓下便是來往關西空港嘅南海鐵路。是在心齋橋的唯一旺中帶靜的綠洲。坐立高島屋上蓋，三十分鐘坐南海電鐵空港 ラピっ卜三十分直達機場。令外，十五分鐘內可乖車到達環球片場，步行往大丸也只須十五、六分鐘。乘車十五分鐘可到黑門市場，去木津也只要步行八分鐘。而房間寬敞舒適。
