An absolute 10/10 experience! The B Ginza is just amazing. The room is quite spacious, and the shower is one of a kind, seriously advanced and refreshing! Service here is extraordinary; the staff is super friendly, quick, and efficient. They also give out great perks like free coffee and drink vouchers that were incredibly useful. And last but not least, the location? SUPER INCREDIBLE! Highly recommended!

Nearby Ginza area, close to limousine bus, location was strategic. Room was comfortable and clean. Great experience staying there. Amenities were complete.

This was the 2nd time I stayed at the b Ginza. Best showers ever! Front desk staff very helpful and went above and beyond to help with a laundry issue. FYI, it takes a long time to dry clothes that are heavy when wet.

This is my second trip back to this hotel. Loved the location & amenities provided. Stayed for a total of 9 days , however the first 3 days I was left without internet. The whole hotel had no WiFi. Not happy that the guests were not informed.
But given that situation, I will still return to stay in this hotel. Thanks for giving us a pleasant stay B Ginza.

Great location but unfortunately the cleanliness was disappointing. The room was very dusty and it triggered my allergies. We also found hair on the bed sheets when we checked in, and even though the towels were changed daily, some still had hair on them. The entrance also smelled like sewage, which wasn’t pleasant. Overall, the location was the only highlight of our stay.
