One of the best breakfast buffet, great varieties of food and cater to detail. Kid eats free too!

I wish this hotel could have at least some distance between families with screaming babies and those of us who do not have loud children. It was stressful and irritating each morning to have children screaming at tables in close proximity to mine. Furthermore, some of those children were running around the tables wildly a continuing their yelling. Not a very calming experience. At one point, I was trying to order my breakfast, and a screaming infant was so loud that I had to wait for them to calm down before I could place my order. This is not a complaint about children or parenting, per se, but a complaint about the hotel not at least trying to have an area for families with small children, slightly separated by space from those of us who do not. That level of loud disruption diminished my relaxation and peace, to the point where I no longer looked forward to breakfast that a high prepaid for. It felt like an out of control playground.

Truly a five star hotel, from the staff, the room, the detailed marble and fine hardwood trim! Gym, pool, spa all first class and with a favorable U.S. dollar exchange rate--a great deal.

The hotel is one of the most beautiful in the world and I’ve been to many Ritz’s globally and the staff is just exceptional and the best!!!

We loved the bedroom - especially the luxurious bathroom with a deep bathtub and an excellent shower. The staff were extremely polite and helpful (something you come to expect in Japan!), and the location close to the station makes it very easy to make out-of-town excursions. For a country with such an excellent design aesthetic of its own, we found the English country-house décor a little dissonant, but I suppose that is just a matter of individual taste!

It’s big beautiful and elegant. Hands down worth every usd yen or euro you’re willing to pay for this hotel.

Our stay met the expectations of a Ritz-Carlton. Beautiful property near metro lines. Room very comfortable--first night bed seemed too hard but adapted and was fine. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff top notch. Maid service excellent. Would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Hotel that lives up to as well as exceeding many of the Ritz we have stayed at. The amenities were as expected however what truly stood out was the hospitality of all the staff. The employees of this hotel are the best I have yet to encounter

Great location, very thoughtful and friendly staff. Nice rooms and amenities. Property is well kept! Breakfast is nice with a person playing the piano while you eat. The lobby bar is also very elegant during the evening!

We stayed in Ritz Osaka in Mar 2926. The services and staff are exceptional. They helped us to find lost cellphone which we left in a taxi when we felt helpless.

We enjoyed our stay and we especially are thankful for the staff extremely generous and supportive. The hospitality throughout the various amenities was excellent.
