Amazing hotel. Amenities were awesome, great breakfast. Handy location and friendly service. Best bits were access to drinks in the lobby, and nightly icecream treats 😊😊😊

Amazing location with tons of dining and drinking options within walking distance. Pretty secure location as well as not just anybody can just walk in and go anywhere. The shower is amazing as well, hot with incredible pressure, highly recommend.

We booked this hotel for our last few days of a long trip to Japan annd we wanted to relax before our journey home….. and we were not disappointed . The location is a short walk from the train station was perfect. It is also located in the heart of the city with lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. In truth from a sightseeing perspective we were so centrally located that we walked everywhere… to the Harbour,Meriden Park both the Maritime & Military museums , to Kitano and to the variety of markets and shopping areas. In the hotel the staff were super friendly and helpful. Coffe & drip tea free was available in the lounge area as was a bowl of ice cream and fruit in the evenings… in my opinion a very nice touch!!! The rooms were spacious enough , towels toiletries and PJ’s are provided and more available if needed. As is common in most hotels in Japan other personal hygiene products , razors, hair brush, washcloth, toothbrush & paste etc available in the foyer All in all we had a very very pleasant relaxed stay here

I would highly recommend this hotel. Only a short walk to the JR station with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well as cultural areas to visit. The room was very large by Japanese standards with two very large beds a small sitting bench and a great bathroom with bath and shower in a wet room and a separate toilet and large vanity area. The room was modern and clean with a huge TV. Breakfast although limited was included and you could help yourself to free tea and coffee 24/7 and free ice cream was available every night. The price was great so I consider it great value for money.

L’albergo molto decente , c’è una backery se hai voglia di un caffè con dolcino . Difronte siamo andati a mangiare la carne di Kobe al ristorantino Plasir nell’albergo B2 la sera . Per me ottimo lo chef bravo e gentile . Dall’albergo prendi 2 treni per andare a vedere il castello bianco , la prima stazione a 6-7 minuti dall’albergo poi fai un transfer per il secondo treno . La stanza abbastanza grande con una doccia meravigliosa !! Il personale super disponibili a darti informazioni . Un ottimo hotel 3 stelle lo consiglio .

Amazong place! Nice staff and very clean! Conveniently located too!

You check in and out with machines. You don’t even need to speak or have contact with the staff which is good and bad. Staff is courteous but only address you if you talk first The area is super convenient to everything. Restaurants, shopping. Train and bus stations walkable as well. Shower/tib combo is super big. Would stay again.

Clean with a lot of eateries within walking distance.

Room was nicely presented, shower was lovely. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together which was a bit uncomfy if you were in the middle. The TV didn’t work either. Free ice cream post 8pm was alright.
