Convenient location for shopping and dining but little bit far from station.

Really amazing seamless self-help check-in and check-out. Very helpful and cheerful staff at the counter. convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby...and free ice-cream too!

The room and bathroom were nice and spacious. The staff was not very welcoming. Rare greetings when passing by, and simply pointing towards the machines instead of helping guests. The ammenities were subpar compared to any other hotel we stayed in Japan.

Provides free two scoop of ice cream every night in the lounge. Walking distance to train station, food and shopping. Can walk to Kobe Port.

Great hotel in a really good location, good for local dining and public transport. I really liked the free coffee and evening dessert in the canvas lounge! Definitely recommended and I would stay here again

I had arranged to meet an ex student in Japan who I hosted in Australia 25 years ago. I asked her to meet me at the hotel and to ask reception to call my room when she arrived. 30 minutes after the agreed time I went down to reception to find that she had been waiting half an hour because reception refused on security grounds to ring me in my room because they were not allowed to disclose I was staying at the hotel. I am a 76 year old Australian and I have never experienced anything like this before. UNBELIEVABLE

Clean hotel at a great price. It was located near convenient stores and close by to the Sannomiya station. Good base for day trips around Kobe. Staff is friendly and speak English so it wasn’t too hard to communicate. They serve free ice cream for guest that stay there as well as coffee. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit Kobe.

Perfect positioning, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Room is big, I will say my biggest complaint is the staff and their attempt at self check in. While I can understand it’s for efficiency, 1 of the machine was broken, meaning there was a VERY long lineup to checkin with the staff behind the desk not really carinf or trying to help the people struggling. Self check in should be for those familar with the machines/hotels for maximum efficiency. Enforcing it to everyone created more issues if anything

I stayed here for a few days and it was absolutely awesome. The place was clean i was able to receive a lot of help when i asked because my japanese is nonexistent.
