This hotel was perfect for my stay in Tokyo. The room we booked was spacious compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in Japan and it was great for two people. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The area was close to a lot of convenience stores, restaurants and train stations so it was very easy to get around. It was also in a quiet neighborhood which is nice after a full day of exploring. The check in/out process was also easy and did not take too much time.

Staff were friendly and approachable helpful when we had questions. They worked hard to service and kept facilities clean. We loved the complimentary coffee, they are of good quality. Convenient with travel and plenty of nearby places to eat and shop. Grateful for the postcard mailing idea, something we will remember for a long time. Thank you much.
