Some part of the room is not clean, such as the toilet's bathtub, where there is a strain of hairs, and the drains are always stuck because the drains were not been cleaned upon arrival. And a few of the towels have stains.

Overall good hotel but the most unsatisfying is : 1. The pillow super thin and not comfortable at all ( got neck cramp on 1st day ) 2. The rule for make bed only if you stay 6 night above ( well...the room get messed up after 2 day ) 3. Lack of transportation direct to Airport ( Haneda ) which is the most unsatisfying! You will got trouble bringing many baggage to near station and transfer to monorel

Very pleasant, the hotel is very close to the Shin Nihombashi train station and the Akhi Habara shopping location. The breakfast was good, the reception staff were very friendly and very, very helpful. Our items can be kept for up to 2 days, because we have to stay in another city and most importantly there is no additional cost whatsoever, incredible. Next time, will stay here again. Highly recommended for first time guests to Tokyo.

The hotel is close to the JR and metro stations so going everywhere is easy. I take the type C. There is a washing machine in the room so I can wash my dirty clothes, and give the detergent from the hotel. Overall going back again to this hotel and to Japan do not need to bring a lot of clothes because they can wash in the room. Breakfast is also delicious although the choice of food is not much but delicious.

Good room space, breakfast was good, the price also good and the location is close to JR Station..... but for travellers who need elevator (because of using wheel chair or brings heavy luggage) better approach this hotel from Kanda Station instead of from Shin-Nihombashi Station... which is 7 minutes walk

I had the most pleasant stay in here. The staff are very friendly, room cleaned well, food ok. Everything is great.
