距離車站很近，附近也有便利商店、超市、商場等，算是方便。相對的，在房間會聽到電車行駛的聲音，請自行斟酌。
畢竟是商旅，浴室和房間空間有限，若是大尺寸行李箱可能很難全開。
房間清潔為4天一次，入住時會告知下次清潔時間，每天會提供新的睡衣和毛巾以及垃圾袋。設施整體還蠻新的，房間燈光可調亮度非常好，可惜的是吹風機是固定的，只能在一個小範圍內使用。
一樓有24H自助洗衣以及販賣機、飲水機，房間沒有保險箱(不知其他房型有沒有)
櫃檯人員很親切。

I had upgraded shower and hair dryer which were really great. The room is very small so not for long term stay but good service with free Japanese style breakfast.

羽田空港からのアクセスがいいのが一番。空港からバスで一時間弱。
ショッピングするなら、横浜西口まで、相鉄線で１５分で行けます。
不満な点は、たまたま泊まった部屋が線路際だったので、電車の音がうるさかった。私はあまり気にはならなかったですが、、かなりうるさいです。それ以外では、朝食も和洋それぞれ満足いくものでした。

施設は、新しい感じてとても綺麗でした。
とても良いホテルです。駐車場が離れた場所で分かりずらかった提携だった為しょうがないと、思いますが場所に難があるかなと。
