We live Toyoko Inn hotels. We always tried to book it if possible. The hotels are near train stations within walking distance. Free breakfast with simple food which are adequate. Good facilities. Very clean. Beds were a bit hard but still comfortable to sleep on. Bathroom was compact . Reception staff have limited English but no problem with check in. Service with a smile. It was such a great value for money.

What an amazing hotel. All the staff was helpful n courteous. Room was clean and was well stocked with amenities. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was a super start to the day. Everything was close by including train station and many places to eat and shop. Don't miss this hotel. Happy Trails

The problem with this Hotel is the Noise from the Train Lines close to the Property. Very active JR Line from 5 AM to 12 Midnight.

The hotel was super close to the station in Fujisawa. No issue with check-in, was straightforward and hassle free. They even let us store our suitcases at the hotel before check-in time. Good wi-fi. Complimentary breakfast was included however we never got to experience it as we were never ready before breakfast ended at 9.30.
The rooms were clean but were small (what you'd expect for Japan). It's a small space for 2 people, maybe more suitable for a solo traveller. The bed was incredible uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that we actually were unable to sleep and left a day early as we couldn't face another night in the bed.
It's a shame as that was the only downside to the hotel.

Hotel ok. Try to push you their membership card if you want to check in before 4 pm and 10 am check out is earl even for Japan. A chain hotel. Nickel and dime-y extra charges for complete breakfast (not the included one).

藤沢駅から近く、日中～夕方くらいまでは車通りも電車も人もそれなりに多いのに、20時も過ぎると全然静かで良かったです。トイレットペーパーのスペアがなかったのとサニタリー袋が交換されてなかったので、清掃の方が忘れたのかな？と思ったのでマイナス☆1。部屋の掃除はちゃんとされてました。フロントの女性スタッフの方がとても応対が良く、素晴らしかったです。また是非利用したいです。

交通の便がよい藤沢駅に近く、とてもコスパが良いです。駅周辺には飲食店、スーパーマーケットやコンビニも多くあり、便利です。
他の東横インに比べて、朝食が美味しいと思いました。設備も比較的新しくて綺麗ですが、唯一の弱点は、鉄道沿線で騒音が気になる点です。
特に東海道線は夜も貨物列車が走るので、音に敏感な人は準備が必要です。

ベッドが大きいのか部屋が狭いのか、窓側のベッドに行くのに一苦労。 またロビー横のアメニティーも不十分。 寝巻きも大きいサイズがあるにも関わらず出していない。 良かった点は料金に朝食代が含まれていること。 味・ボリュームなど大満足。
