We like almost everything. The size of room was perfect. A kettle in the room would be a bonus. And please have some hooks for the bathroom!There is not a single hook, towel bar or door handle to place towels and clothes.

Nice that I had a tv and a lot of space in addition to the bed. The rooms are not fully soundproof but most people are out during the day. I also liked the bathhouse on the lower level. You even get pajamas during your stay.

Excellent capsule-style hotel within easy walking distance north of Hiroshima station; the semi-private cabin was decently sized, the shared facilities well maintained and the private bath on the basement floor was much appreciated (and tattoo friendly too).

Booked this place online coz it looks like a good deal but ended up being a scam! Though online costs say everything is included, at check in they asked to charge extras like cleaning fee and if you don't pay they refused to let you check in. If it's not so late in the evening would have gone elsewhere but ended up paying more than 3 times the original price online and wasted lots of time and lost trust and this place! Also breakfast looks pretty good as to first but they are looking behind your back the whole time at what's supposed to be a buffet. Super unprofessional place, Definitely go somewhere else, this is the worst hotel in Japan and maybe even the whole world

We're family of 4 pax and really glad to stay at Trust Hotel. Good value, clean room, spacious (extended makeup space from shower/bath room) for a family of 4 pax, nice breakfast, not aware there's a hot spring in facility, definitely an extra value added :)
