Breakfast is delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the hotel’s warm atmosphere really stands out. Special thanks to receptionist Firuza for her exceptional hospitality. Quite enjoyed my stay here & would stay here again. The room was very comfortable & I liked the breakfast offerings. Across the street there is a Korean cafe (Rodem) with wonderful food & outdoor seating. Also it’s an easy walk to Chuy Prospekt from the hotel & one can easily catch crosstown buses there.

The hotel staff were very helpful as I arrived around 2:30 am. The room was great, and the bed was comfortable. I was happy to see a tea kettle. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I had my laundry done, which was reasonable. The only downside was a very noisy wall ac in Room 12. It would randomly make knocking noises, enough to wake me out of a sound sleep. It needs to be fixed. Also, I was charged for my room at check out even though I had already paid on Hotels.com. It took great effort to get the money refunded as the girl at the desk did not speak English.

We really looked forward to this hotel, and were not disappointed. Very nice rooms, great staff, very simple but good breakfast. Great atmosphere and decor all around. My only gripe was that the AC unit in my room was very loud and went through cycles where it sounded at times like it was about to fall off the wall - as a result, I turned it off. Probably worth fixing. Everything else was perfect. Thanks Bugu!

Great clean, new boutique hotel close walking distance to Osh markets and city square. Breakfast was plentiful with attentive staff. Welcome coffee was a lovely surprise. Recommended.

Had a wonderful stay in a decent location, walkable to city centre, excellent breakfast each morning and wonderful and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had some issues with the door and shower (but nothing that spoiled our trip), and the neighbours above were noisy each night (nothing the hotel could have fixed). Very happy with our stay, would definitely stay again, and would happily recommend.
