Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
En-suite lock was not working, also the shower cubicle water was not draining quickly. It looked that the gulley level was slightly higher than the rest of the floor!

Nice property with friendly staff and good security. Big apartment with full kitchen including washer. Good bed, shower and fans to stay cool. Quiet area but with a small mall 5!mins walk away to get groceries and to eat. Food in the hotel rooftop restaurant was good value and tasty.
Recommend completely.

Very spacious rooms great for small or large families. Love that they provide a washer and dryer in each apartment. The food is great. Also great price on Expedia or booking .com and will include breakfast. The staff are all so hospitable :)

We stayed at the Executive Residence for one night prior to our Safari. We had a 2 bed Family room plus breakfast. The price we paid was very low for the property, check in was straight forward, along with check out, staff were very helpful. Can't really comment on the properties location, i assume it was relatively safe as i noticed there were a number of Embassy Residences on the drive in. Given the price we paid (AUD $267) I'd happily stay there again and recommend it.

Loved my stay here! Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Very safe and secure hotel and convenient to Nairobi Central Business District. You get a lot for the price point, and service is better than some 5-star places I've been to in Nairobi.
