Very nice small hotel. Within walking distance of many of the sites and the river. Free parking and a nice breakfast buffet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Comfortable large room. The patio for eating or relaxing was very pleasant. As you drive up to the hotel, it's good location and nice benefits are not apparent, but become clear as you wander around the neighborhood.

Very clean, very nice interior. Amazing staff!!! Parking in the inner yard. Breakfast is also good (ask for made to order blintzes with vanilla cottage cheese). The only minor complaint - the fridge in the room was very very weak and practically unusable as drinks and food stay warm and spoil quickly.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and very conveniently located. My only criticism is that on Hotels.com the room was listed as having kettle, but there was not one in the room. I showed hotel staff a screenshot indicating that there would be a kettle in the room. They dismissed that as an error.

Some new experience. Booked a room for three, paid extra and on the checkin it asked for additional payment for an extra bed. What the..? For the hotel managament it seems ok to sleep three in one bed. Air condition system was not working and was extra hot in the room.

Great location in Klaipèda Old Town; easy walk to most of the notable sights. Parking booked in advance. Room was clean and functional - ours had a sofa, which is always nice! Safe and fridge in the room - all drinks and snacks are chargeable, even the bottles of water. Bathroom was fine, with shower over the bath. Most importantly … it is in a great location!!

The Hotel is not A 4 star hotel but an average 3 star. Not ramp access for prams or disabled limited parking AC did not work the hand wash basing was draining very slowly and hot water was a temperamental hot one minute cold the next of you have an infant with you should be very careful when showering them because of the hot and cold water.

Excellent value; great staff, spacious room, perfect location in the old town, safe parking, etc., although the WiFi is terrible. No complaints considering the difficulty hotels have during the "pandemic" (minimal occupancy and thus less staff than the norm). Breakfast served to your table based on previous evenings choice (we had ordered far to much not knowing the quantity to be served, but they gave us a doggy bag for what we could not eat :-)) What great service. Hotel should really indicate on their website the fixed €5 charge for parking as the existing wording gives the impression it is included in the price when booking and that it needs to be booked in advance given the limited spaces. Overall 9.9 out of 10

We stayed for two nights with our baby of two years. Crib was ready upon arrival. The room is spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is nice and the coffee (ask for cappuccino) is excellent. Recommed this place highly.
