The room is big but there is nothing : no iron,no fridge , even not a bottle of water if offered,no trash in the room except in the bathroom. Beside that it was a normal room. I would have like to have a smart tv but it is ok. Breakfast is ok,there is a large different option. Staff is friendly and kind

Great location. Easy to reach places by car and by foot. My favourile restaraunt Mussels Brussels accross the street. Very comfy beds: hard matress and soft pillows, exactly how I like it. Plenty of options for breakfast, all were tasty. Great staff. The only problem is charger for electric cars. You can only buy a 15 euro card which is too expensive. I have a plug-in car, so it costs me around 3 euro to charge it. Very unfortunate, need to solve it.

The place was very good for the money paid. Clean and well maintained and the staff was very helpful and kind.

Very friendly staff, very helpful. Very good quality breakfast buffet. Very good coffee. The rooms are a bit small but that’s to be expected. Only one pillow each person was available - the pillows were very soft so minimal neck support. The facilities other than this were very good.

I like the price, location, breakfast, staff. I dislike the lack of the restaurants around for the dinner. It was only one open, Mussels-Brussels...so I needed to go to the old city or to other place. I was tired and had pasta at the hotel, which was untasty. So this is the area for the lunch time.

Friendli and simple hotel. But has no bacon at breakfast. Juice mashine gives more water then juice. The wafel device looks like never cleaned since installation. They could improve on breakfast. Room and TV are small. So far normal for budget hotel.

This is a nice hotel and there are some very nice staff at this hotel! It’s let down by a few things! Breakfast was not replenished quickly enough! Empty trays of food! Staff at breakfast are poor and don’t have much about them! They have no get up and go!! Booked a double room given a disabled room! I didn’t want this or asked for booked months in advance! They said we are fully booked up and we have to let these rooms out! Not impressed. They changed our room the next day far better room too. And we’re helpful but it was too late. The heating wasn’t working in the room too 701 must do better, I have stayed here lots of times and this is the first time I have had to complain.
