Very2 disappointed. tv cannot turn on but then they send guide to setup tv 1 hour before i check out. whats the point?
Toilet bowl also got insect. euwww so dirty room not clean. terrible service! i paid Rm400 to sleep in this condition?

The tower that was given to us was far from the parking tower, even though there were many parking lots under the tower where we were staying. In addition, my child was not allowed to take a taxi to the tower where we were staying. However, the security guard told us to go to the front door of the security guard. It was dark and far because it was already nighttime from the Genting Highlands amusement park. I will not stay here again.

Took the key to another building, so far ok xde very cool. The room is spacious enough to bring a family. The only problem is the smell of the toilet. Other than that it's okayyy best.

Everything at this hotel is great except it's too far from the check-in location, if you don't have your own car you have to spend extra money to book a car back to the hotel, and there are no convenient supermarkets around.

It is a very spacious apartment unit that can fit 4 people or even more. The sofa can be turned into an additional bed. No complaints about the cleanliness and comfort. The only disadvantage was the distance to the main road. Also, it was pretty difficult to get a Grab or taxi, so better to drive your own car.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. As for the room, I'm satisfied. There are swimming pool and playground facilities. Suitable for families. What I was not satisfied with was that the lobby and the room buildings were very far away, so we had to use grab bag to bring our own things. Very troublesome, there is no service from the hotel.

Karena service yang tidak profesional, counter check in yang jauh dengan unit apartment sejauh 1,4 km jadi mengharuskan kita bolak balik menaiki grab yang memakan biaya, lalu pada saat check in ada unit yang belum dibereskan jadi harus meminta untuk pindah unit. Dan listrik padam dari jam 4 pagi sampai dengan jam 9 pagi:(sangat disayangkan.

Jauh tempatnya ke dalamnya kalau tempat tidurnya pemandangannya oke, cuma jalan ke dalamnya jauh sekali, apa lagi kalau banyak kabut, gak kelihatan itu jalan, kalau untuk banyak orang cocok di sana apertemen kan kamarnya ya buat buat 6 sampai 7orang bisa. Dengan 2Queen bed meja makan sofa khicen set, yaa lumayan juga si. Oh iya kalau untuk check in check out nya sama dengan apertemn G3800 itu atau apa tadi lupa gua hahaha cuma sebelahan aja.
