My stay at this hotel left an excellent impression. The view of the city from my room was remarkable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged—clean, quiet, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were kind and attentive, creating a sense of respect and genuine care. The property offers everything one might need: a café, a sushi bar, and a small convenience store. I sincerely wish this place continued growth, the preservation of its high standard of service, and an enduring atmosphere of dignity and comfort.

The staff was friendly, the hotel ambiance and interior is soo nice, the room is spacious and a variety of amenities are provided. Quite rare for me, there is a washing machine and also a microwave. I am very much satisfied with the stay. Recommended for staycation, business trip!

A very luxurious hotel, with a very aesthetic interior and exterior. Feel at home in the room because it is that comfortable. There are many good photo spots in this hotel, clean rooms, complete facilities, there is a washing machine in the hotel, even though it is rare for a hotel to provide a washing machine, there is a pantry complete with cooking and eating utensils. There is a minibar for coffee, there is a dining table, cupboard, dressing table, hairdryer and others. I really like this hotel, Good service also from the receptionist staff. On the day I wanted to check in the hotel, my bag containing my passport, wallet and others was left in the grab I was riding, and the grab had already left. Because checking in requires a passport, I looked for my bag and remembered that I left it in the grab so I panicked, but the staff helped me to chat with grab, and my bag was returned. Thank you for the good service. Love this hotel 💗

出差時住在這裡，因為距離MITEC很近所以覺得很方便。是同一棟樓里有不同酒店的構造，Ami這一家是公寓式的，樓層比較高，所以除了房間很大很寬敞以外，還可以從落地窗遠眺。但同時因為很高所以每次電梯都要等很久，可能是因為會展期間入住率比價高的關係。會展第一天的早餐餐廳也是需要排隊，後面幾天好很多，餐食也算不錯。櫃檯是一個獨立空間，期間因為打印還有房間電燈問題和員工通過WhatsApp聯絡也都很順暢，維修和對應的速度都很快。只是從這邊去KLCC區域的話會比較遠，周圍除了會展中心裡面的一些店鋪也沒有餐廳，走到最近的mall也有一定距離，建議提前下好grab做好打車的準備。不過酒店下面的便利店（超商？）東西很齊全很方便，可以滿足日常需求沒有問題。

It's a nice experience to stay at AMI. My 2-bedroom has a spacious, clean, and homey space. It has its own kitchen and washing machine. The area has many photographable spots. It has 2 pools and a cool jacuzzi with warm water. Unfortunately, its LED stripe line on the building facade was off at my visit. There were just only a few spots that were on. I had seen on the Google review that it would be mesmerizing if it were all on.

Pleasant stay at the hotel. The unit came with two rooms, suitable for my family, 2 adults and 2 kids. Parking was a breeze and the staffs were very helpful. Finding the lobby could be a little hard for first-timers, but the front security were polite and helpful. Recommended!

The utilities in the room are just extreme poor. This is not a suite it’s just a hotel room nothing more. The bed is not king size but only 140/200 Minbar instead a small fridge. One steelpan that’s all. Not even longdrink glasses. Only tea glasses and 2 coffee mugs. The restaurant next door is closed already around 5 PM ☝️🤦🏻‍♂️ so bad luck if you are late.

Went there by car, parking area was terrible, small entry and exit, very smelly it's like this hotel built @ landfill area. Later the check in required RM200 deposit. I ordered Grab for dinner however Grab drop it guard area, I asked the bell boy need to use other apartment lift, but it required other passkey, oh my God very susah weyh so Maggie for dinner instead. Bought breakfast RM30ish but I can only order 1 main meal. Oh my God the quality and amount very bad, I'm very disappointed. Will never book this type of accommodation

It's an awesome stay for us as a business trip. Love the room environment and also the facilities here. Just too bad that we don't have enough time to enjoy all the facilities here. Will definitely come again next time. This was my 5th stay in this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. Good ambiance, hygiene, dan space. The only negative experience is that at least 2 of the power points are not working in our unit.
