Hello. check in was ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was magnificent. I love the sliding door a within bath tub and living room. Swimming pool need to do clean up because so slippery. Kingston Hotel 2 @ Setapak
If there is no room, the management will give our staff a room to live in. The equipment is not complete, it is dirty, and the sound insulation is not good.

Fast Hotel Setapak Near Tunku Abdul Rahman UMT KL
The location is good as near to the mall. However, I'm so disappointed with the hotel as so noisy with the renovation. The hotel area so smelly (smoking). My baby can't sleep at the night because outside so noisy. The most terrible part is my room is at 3td floor and I need to walk by the stairs (no lift).

I booked the room from app but then the hotel said no available room. They refuse to give room while payment already complete. After some argument, then only they give one room to stay. Room very small with limited facilities.
