I really enjoyed staying at City Central Hotel because it is strategically located for tourists, across from the NU Sentral mall and directly connected to KL Sentral station, which is one of the main transit points for public transportation, which in my personal opinion is an important point because it makes it easier to travel. The service was excellent, the receptionist was friendly and the bellboy was also very responsive and friendly. The welcome drink was very refreshing and there was also a gallon for refilling drinking water which was very useful. The room was comfortable, the power outlets and other electronic devices worked well. Overall, I was happy and comfortable while staying at City Central Hotel. If I have the opportunity to visit Kuala Lumpur again, I will definitely stay at City Central Hotel.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful during my check-in late after midnight. The room was super spacious, clean, with amenities beyond expectation such as water kettle, mini fridge, hot shower, iron, and hair dryer. The view was amazing, and the proximity to KL Sentral had me sold. Beyond expectation given the price of a night stay. Perfect for getting some rest before/after travelling to/from KL Sentral.

Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Since our room was free, we got the chance to check in a few hours earlier, which was great. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay and my family and I would definitely revisit.

We arrived slightly earlier for check-in, they were able to accommodate us and there were rooms already available. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and the checking in process was smooth and pleasant. We had the hotel breakfast, highly recommended. I think it's the best among the top hotels in KL city centre. The variety was great, the quality and the taste was great. The wait staff were efficient. It was a very good experience on both the days. The pool was family-friendly, it had a slide, which was great for families with kids. Overall, an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi code worked well, good enough to stream Netflix and YouTube on multiple devices at the same time. Overall, we would definitely come back again if we have the opportunity to.

I have been staying in Myhotel KL Sentral for more than 8 times. It is strategically located, clean, and the staff are friendly. The room that I was given this time was a clean one and not so noisy. Although can still hear sounds of motorcycles or people talking below the unit, but this is acceptable for the money we pay. I strongly recommend this hotel for a short trip in KL!

The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

It was a pleasure birthday staycation with Alila Bangsar. I got a free birthday cake and that was out of my expectation. What a thoughtful gesture from Alila. I love the spacious room/bathroom space. Definitely is one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in KL. Looking forward to another stay with Alila soon 🥰

I always feel satisfied no matter where I stay at Ascott, and Ascott KL Sentral is no exception. Access to the train station is very easy, there is a shuttle service from the hotel to the station and back, the mall is nearby, there are many restaurants nearby, the rooms are spacious, the amenities are complete, and the service is excellent🙏
