The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

The location of the hotel with the Kerinchi LRT Station just right beside it made it very convenient to travel to any area in the Klang Valley. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Extremely great value. A well kept hotel in an unbelievably good location for the traveler, easy walking to sentral travel hub. From the hub the high speed train provides a 20 minute transfer to both airports. Staff are ultra friendly and extremely helpful with information about the city, what to do, and how to get there. A great experience after 6 months in Thailand, Myanmar and Cambodia.

nice design room, not so big but no so small room, enough for 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby. sadly I am given window room but no view outside. clean. big bed (king size). there's lift, shampoo, soap, shower cap, sanitary bag, hair dryer. no toothbrush and toothpaste. we got 2 free bottles of mineral water but no dispenser for free refill. easy check in although at 3am. next to abc bistro (open 24hrs), 7-eleven, 3min to nu sentral mall to go to kl sentral, monorail station is beside the hotel. and we can keep our luggage after check out.

City Central Hotel @ KL Sentral
I chose City Hotel because the hotel is very clean and recommended, especially, and the reality is true, the hotel is very, very clean although not the biggest hotel and the price is cheap but the quality is the best. The office boy named Sajad is very recommended, kind, and friendly to help us pick our bags to the shuttle bus. Good job Sajad, may God bless you.

Stayed in a twin room for 3 nights. The staff were nice. They allowed me to check in early. Room was spacious enough, toilet was clean. They have free water refill in the lobby and even allowed luggage storage after check out. Will definitely stay again!

I think this hotel is a suitable hotel at an average price for a business trip. It is very near the Nu Sentral Shopping mall, which is very convenient for me while I do not have so much free time to go to the further shopping center places.
