It was a great experience with my family on our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for two nights. The staff were cooperative and responded promptly to any complaints. The location is convenient, with easy access to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pudu Sentral bus terminal. We had a wonderful time!

The staff was so accommodating, understanding, and polite. They let us change the room when we wanted to change for a few reasons. The process to apply to extend our stay was also easy. Comfortable, clean, strategic, cheap budget hotel, there is a microwave in the cafe that can be used, free drinking water refills too, there is an iron in the room hallway, friendly staff, right across from the Pudu Sentral station, to the MRT station is also close, you can walk, you can also walk to Masjid Jamek, Merdeka Square, Mydin, Petaling Street, there is Sevel near the hotel, basically if I go to KL again, I will stay there again! If you want to order breakfast at the hotel, you can also even if you book a room that does not include breakfast.

The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

From the hub the high speed train provides a 20 minute transfer to both airports. Staff are ultra friendly and extremely helpful with information about the city, what to do, and how to get there. Easy Hotel Kuala Lumpur Sentral
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room, although it is small, is very convenient, clean, and the design is sleek and nice to feel. I could sleep peacefully there. Every time I want to go to KL, I would prefer to always stay at this hotel.

NU Hotel @ KL Sentral
nice design room, not so big but no so small room, enough for 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby. sadly I am given window room but no view outside. clean. big bed (king size). there's lift, shampoo, soap, shower cap, sanitary bag, hair dryer. no toothbrush and toothpaste. we got 2 free bottles of mineral water but no dispenser for free refill. easy check in although at 3am. next to abc bistro (open 24hrs), 7-eleven, 3min to nu sentral mall to go to kl sentral, monorail station is beside the hotel. and we can keep our luggage after check out.

City Central Hotel @ KL Sentral
I chose City Hotel because the hotel is very clean and recommended, especially, and the reality is true, the hotel is very, very clean although not the biggest hotel and the price is cheap but the quality is the best. The office boy named Sajad is very recommended, kind, and friendly to help us pick our bags to the shuttle bus. Good job Sajad, may God bless you.

Stayed in a twin room for 3 nights. The staff were nice. They allowed me to check in early. Room was spacious enough, toilet was clean. They have free water refill in the lobby and even allowed luggage storage after check out. Will definitely stay again!

I think this hotel is a suitable hotel at an average price for a business trip. It is very near the Nu Sentral Shopping mall, which is very convenient for me while I do not have so much free time to go to the further shopping center places.
