Best location for tourists that are travelling around the city, just 3-5 minutes walk to the train station that is a hub to every corner of KL (and also train from airport). Many halal food options nearby and open 24/7.

It's a good place to stay. Close to Nu Mall KL Sentral and there are many food center. Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Babul. He has a good manner as a receptionist.

Clean place, cozy as the hotels name, fantastic location, 24 hours laundry just next to the hotel, 24 hours bistro also very near to this hotel, KL Sentral Station just a throw away from the hotel makes us very easy to go anywhere. The staff are very helpful. They even help us finding the bust station and delivery my laundry when I forgot to take it. No charge for the late check out which is very great. Overall, I will give seven stars to this hotel.

Strategic location right in front of Nu Mall. Walk down the escalator to the left, and it's easy to find. There's a laundry machine next to the hotel. Super fast and friendly service, clean rooms, and most importantly, no odor, and a standard, affordable price. The best, definitely coming back again.

Very, very comfortable. This was my first stay at this hotel. The staff were all friendly and kind. The Wi-Fi was fast. The room was spacious and clean. Although the room didn't have a window, it was still comfortable and not stuffy. Highly recommended. 👍

strategic hotel, clean and spacious rooms, good wifi, hot water and air conditioning are good, but the room walls are thin, people chatting in the hallway or in the room can still be heard
but beyond expectations everything is really good, can stay here again

The room is very spacious for a solo traveler like me. The staff has been friendly too. I like it on how the location is ±5 minutes away from the central train station (KL Sentral), making me easier to travel around KL. It was very clean too! Love it ~

stay here for my doctor appoitment around hotel , the room clean and staff really friendly and helping . but the room it is not like the advertise, the room is not spacious like the picture . maybe because of me and my husb is OKU. He with wheelchair . so the room a bit small to us.
