The apartment is great! Reception is nice and quick. The studio apartment is spacious, with clean bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Bed is super comfortable and with lots of extra pillows. The amenities in the room such as L’Occitane toiletries, Nespresso coffee, and Twinning teas are of high-quality brands. The wi-fi is strong and fast. Though the TV channels are not that varied and the image are not sharp. Location is very safe and close to KL Sentral and Little India, with a few 24 hours eateries close by. Really recommended place to stay.

I had spent my time for 1 night in King Premier Room. It is such a lovely room. Big one, bed room separated with living room and there are kitchen set, large bathroom. Best and favourite place to stay during in KL. Near from KL Sentral where are the train transportation in KL meet at this point.

In line with the recent announcement by the Ministry of Tourism (Malaysia), the Tourism Tax Act 2017 will take into effect beginning 1 September 2017. An additional levy of MYR 10 nett per room per night will be chargeable to all foreign tourists. Total tax chargeable will be collected upon check-out. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, higher floor are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with hotel directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. The transportaion service from hotel to kl sentral train station, excellent, Mr Mururgan the driver was very accomodating, 5 stars for his service, 5 stars for reception staff, patient and courteous. Highly recomended place to stay if you are woth family, the rooms are spacious, bathroom shower best i have ever seen, beats other 5 star hotels in the vicinty.

The property was not new but well maintained. The location just 5 minutes by foot from Nu Sentral the Mall with lots's of retail and F & B choices but a bit further away from the train station and using a taxi or hail ride if advisable if you have luggage. Overall, the surrounding area is vibrant and festive.The rooms are large with a kitchenette and bathroom The F & B choices in the hotel is limited but well supplemented by the surroundings. The service is adequate and efficient. The prices offered during my stay were reasonable. Since my extended family live within 20 minutes by car, I would stay at the Ascott again. The breakfast however was on the meagre side

Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff is super friendly. Prorperty is well located, minutes away from KL Sentral.
Batharea is a bit dimly lit and dated. Water flow and pressure are quite slow and could be better. Breakfast is very average and there is no room service but there are plenty of Grabfood options in the area.
Overall a much recommended and great stay!
