I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My group booked this place as we arrived at Ipoh by train and it was within a 10-minute walking distance. The hotel is also surrounded with eateries and convenience stores.

Very hip/artsy take on a simple, but nice budget hotel concept. Very small but clean rooms, brick/cement, but good air con and decent sized very modern private bathrooms. Good location very close to the train station, and a very quick walk to the trendy Kong Heng Market building and the Tourist Info centre as well. Staff was helpful, english speaking.

Perfect location, maps availble in the lobby and tourist info 2 streets away. Got a bottle of water on arrival and wifi works all over rhe hotel. The only negative is the lack of window was disorienting but I knew the room didnt have one when I booked it.

The location is strategic. Close to Ipoh train station, close to Clock Tower and Concubine lane. The staff are also friendly. The receptionist is only available from 9 am to 6 pm. But we can use the card to enter and exit the main door of the hotel. The hotel is quite clean. When you ask for something, it is responded to quickly.

The hotel is good, in the middle of the city / airport. The bath room is big, the water is just right. Hotel self service when it arrives at night. Because at 5 or 6 o'clock, there is no receptionist.

It 's so near concubine lane. And a lot of cafes nearby. Its walking distance from the train as well. Suitable for travelers traveling by foot/train. The rooms are small, but well-equipped. They provided a goody bag of toiletries (soap, toothbrush and toothpaste). They have fridge, coway, and laundry. Would definitely come here again!

There is no other hotel can beat the location if you plan to focus on Ipoh Old Town. Just a stone's throw away from Plan B, Concubine Lane, and other parts of Ipoh Old Town. The railway station is only about 300m from this hotel. So, you can just walk to the station. The room looks exactly the same like the pics. Just bear in mind that the room is not that big and some rooms are without windows. Rooms without window can be a bit damp even though it isn't a big problem for me. During my stay, the hotel did not provide any water nor cups even though they provide an electric kettle. But, there was a glass but no electric kettle in the room where my brother stayed at. It was a bit strange for me because they do not have the same amenity standard for each room. The hotel asked RM100 as the room deposit, which is too high in my opinion considering there's almost no valuable amenities in the room except TV and electric kettle (if any). Even though the room is quite clean, some dust can be spotted on the lamp, corners and nooks. The pillow was too thin. I think it would be nice if they replace the pillow or add more pillows.

Pros - Comfortable and clean - Friendly staff - Allow us to check in early - Convenient location - Enjoy the shower so much. Cons - Room very small - The housekeeper didn't put the complimentary bottled water in the room, when ask from the front desk, said out of stock. Speechless - The housekeeper left over very less of toilet paper in the bathroom when check-in. - Hard to find parking around - The hotel should sell parking coupon - The room too dark - Soundproofing might have to be improved. Can hear very clearly the "ding" elevator sound.
