It’s new. Everything is good. TV with few channels, can log in Netflix. Fridge with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, tap water in room, basic cutleries and plate, iron with board, hair dryer. Hot shower pressure was good. Basic toilet necessities like toothbrush, hair comb, shower gel & shampoo, toilet slippers and there’s even a small dining table with a sink. Many eateries around. If you are good with walking, then can just walk. Ample bright parking area. Literally next to Zenith Hotel.

Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands
Had a pleasant stay at Heritage Hotel overall. The property is large and scenic, situated in a somewhat secluded area. It's about a 10-minute walk from the lobby to Tanah Rata town center. However, do note that there’s no designated pedestrian walkway along the route, so caution is advised while walking. The hotel does offer a complimentary shuttle to Tanah Rata three times daily (10 am, 2 pm, and 6 pm). Guests can also request a pickup during these times by calling reception and providing their location, which is a helpful convenience. After a full day of exploring, the hotel itself offers limited activities in the evening. There was a broken foosball table and one functioning pool table, both chargeable. Surprisingly, there is no swimming pool at the property. The room was comfortable and met expectations. Breakfast was decent, though vegetarian choices were limited. Fortunately, the staff was accommodating and able to prepare vegetarian options if dietary needs are shared with reception a day in advance.

The reception counter is not located under the one room. We need to walk about 200 meter to check in or validated the parking access. There are a lot of under roof parking space. The 1 bedroom is spacious with balcony and simple kitchenet. The cleanliness not at the top norch but still acceptable. The only thing is the pillow is too thin and old.

Everything is basic. Room is OK - clean. Their towel is a bit old - so I got the feeling that it's not clean. Good that I brought my own towel. The room has no mirror except the one in bathroom. Bit difficult for a lady to get ready. All been said, the hotel is good. Just don't put high expectation.
