It's also great here, second time coming because I want to bring my second child. There is a paid playground for rm10 daypass so far. Buffet style food. Big room, only toilet, maybe the building is old. Overall, everything is still ok for me

The place is great, but the standard of cleaning and freshness is very poor. We wanted a room with a nature view, and we were shifted to a room with a smell so bad with house flies in the bathroom. It felt like the room was fungus infected. The sofa was wet and smelly. The expectation from a place like this is definitely not like this.

it took a long time to check in. After that the room’s air conditioning is broken down once getting in. We’ve waited nearly 2 hours with the technician fixing it before hotel staff changed us another room :((. Such a poor experience
